Testimonials

“As parents of a child in Year 3, finding a school environment where our son felt genuinely understood, supported, and valued was incredibly important to us. Since joining the College, the difference in him has been remarkable.

The College’s strong understanding of autism and its commitment to supporting neurodiverse students has provided him with a sense of security and belonging that we had struggled to find elsewhere. The staff are not only highly skilled and professional, but exceptionally compassionate and patient. They have taken the time to truly know our child — recognising his strengths, understanding his challenges, and supporting him in a way that allows him to thrive both academically and emotionally.

What has stood out most to us is the warmth and care shown by every member of staff. Communication with our family has been outstanding, and we have always felt that we are working in genuine partnership with the College. Our son now goes to school with confidence and enthusiasm, and for the first time, he speaks positively about his learning experiences and friendships.

To see him settled, happy, and growing in confidence has meant more to our family than words can express. We are deeply grateful for the nurturing and inclusive environment the College has created.” - Year 3 Parent

“As parents of a Year 6 student, we cannot speak highly enough of the care, professionalism, and support our family has experienced since joining the College. From our very first visit, it was evident that the school had been intentionally designed with the needs of students in mind, particularly those requiring additional support and understanding.

The learning spaces are calm, thoughtfully structured, and welcoming, which has had a significant impact on our child’s ability to feel regulated, focused, and comfortable throughout the school day. The smaller class sizes have been especially beneficial, allowing teachers to provide genuine individual attention and develop meaningful connections with each student. Rather than feeling overlooked or overwhelmed, our daughter feels known, supported, and encouraged every day.

The College’s understanding of autism is woven naturally into its approach to learning and wellbeing. The staff demonstrate extraordinary patience, insight, and compassion, while maintaining high expectations that have helped our child grow in both confidence and independence. The difference we have seen in her socially, emotionally, and academically has been remarkable.

Most importantly, she is happy. She feels safe, accepted, and excited to attend school each day, something we once feared may never happen. As parents, there is enormous comfort in knowing your child is part of a community that genuinely cares for and understands him. We are incredibly grateful to the College for the positive impact it has had on our family." - Year 6 Parents

“As parents of a Year 8 student, we have been genuinely impressed by the way the College has supported our son’s growth, both academically and personally. Transitioning into secondary schooling can be challenging, but the College made this process smooth, structured, and reassuring from the outset.

What stands out most is the consistency and professionalism of the staff. They have taken the time to understand our child’s individual needs and respond with a calm, considered approach that has made a real difference to his confidence and independence. He is no longer anxious about school; instead, he has developed a sense of routine and purpose that we hadn’t seen before.

The learning environment is purposeful and well organised, and the relationships between staff and students are clearly built on respect and trust. We are particularly grateful for the way the College communicates with families, ensuring we always feel informed and included.

It has been a very positive experience, and we are pleased to see our son settling, engaging, and progressing with renewed confidence.” - Year 8 Parents
